Lee Conlogue

Our company have used APC for many years, we have thousands of packages delivered all over the UK by them, and I send equipment back to HQ via APC Southampton. They've been very helpful every time, I've even arrived to collect my kit at 6am, their busy time at their busiest depot in Southampton and they've always made time to get my kit for me. Given the 3 problems I've had out of possibly three thousand packages received, they're a great bunch of people to deal with.

If I could give no stars I would. Possible the worst courier I have ever used. I required an exhibition stand to be delivered on an agreed date, only to find out that Acclaim had not managed to deliver the stand due to some internal issue. As a consequence we were forced to exhibit without a stand until it eventually turned up an hour before the conference closed. There was no recompense, a half hearted sorry and they had the audacity to charge for the stand to be collected. USE AT YOUR OWN PERIL.

These people do not give a toss about customer service. Lazy lunatics drive their vans from one drop off (literally) to the next without any customer care on their minds.The cannot even be bothered to write out their lazy I CANT-BE-BOTHERED-TO-RING-YOUR-DOORBELL -cards in correct and legible English. This company and their employees attitude sucks the dregs out of a barrel. Shame on them all and TO BE AVOIDED AT ALL COSTS ! P.S. Even the 1 star this review allow is a massive overkill ! P.S. Colin and Daryl (below) what did APC pay you to say that ???

Do not use them. If you are a supplier then you are putting off customers by using this organisation. Called up to rearrange delivery, yet they will only deliver in office hours, when my other half and I are at work, will not leave it with neighbour (its shampoo for goodness sake) despite me giving them his name and address so they get the right one, and only deliver on weekdays so a Saturday is out of the question. All in all do not use this company

I missed the delivery because the driver couldn't be bothered to wait for me to answer the door. Thanks. Redelivery arrangements were very inconvenient. So, online traders, avoid this company if you want to offer a reasonable service.

No star rating for this outfit! The absolute pits when it come to delivery; still waiting after six days - so much for 24hr service. In the end I had to find their address and collect the item from the depot myself. Avoid 'warning notice' to all thinking of using this company.
