It's ok, owner a 'bit rude' ,he has you waiting while he could easily deal with you, while someone else has a look about! When I've been on the few occasions, I've had to wait 20 minutes, just to get an 'hello' or hi, this may seem like I'm egocentric, but it's a tiny shop, you would think that would be more friendly.

Top class great shop and staff
All ways great service and supplies
I have always received good service at this handy little shop. I mostly bought consumable items and work tools. Good. Value.
Very good tool shop nice to talk to someone in person, not a computer recorded message. Well worth a visit. Max.
