Best service ever! So hard to get good customer service on the phone nowadays, but Katie in the AC office hit it out of the park. I was so pleasantly surprised with her kindness & friendliness, as well as her thorough knowledge of air conditioning- really helpful. Then, when the service tech Jess came out, I was even more impressed. Really professional, on time to the minute, thorough, unhurried, a fount of information, friendly, and he took the time to answer all my questions and diagnose and fix both my wine cellar cooler issue and air conditioning problems. All very reasonable to boot. I would HIGHLY recommend AC Cool.
I am a very particular person, and AC Cool met absolutely all my needs. From product selection, to installation, to system design, they are absolutely the best. Believe me - I interviewed more than a dozen before going with them. They met all deadlines. Communication was regular and flawless. No details were left unaddressed, and they brought considerable expertise to the project. The project was done on time and UNDER budget! And I live in Cerritos where the inspectors are extra picky! Just as an aside, I want to mention the energy savings. My electric bill is 25% of what it was before - not a typo. It really is only a quarter of the prior cost - and I don't skimp on AC. To be fair, I also did complete LED lighting to save on energy, but the AC system is a HUGE factor in the savings. This project was well worth the cost. Paul, Kate, and the rest of the team are truly the best. Do not install a new furnace or AC without interviewing them.
Could not be happier. Thought I needed a new heater and AC as both units were very old. They fixed the AC by replacing the fuse and it's working great. The heater was close to 30 years old and did need to be replaced. These folks provided the most competitive quote we received. Arrived on time and did an outstanding job. Left the work area cleaner than when they arrived. Pleasure to work with.

My experience with AC Cool has been exceptional. AC Cool has worked on my air and heater for the past 5 years. I would highly recommend him to anyone. He is honest and reliable and has very fair prices. They are punctual and clean up after them selves. I would recommend to everyone. I have no complaints.
Honest, affordable, and competent. I couldn't ask for more. AC Cool did a great job installing a new air conditioning system in our home. I would recommend them to anyone in need of HVAC service.
The best recommendation a person can give is to say that they would definitely use them again. That's where I am at now! They were quick adn thorough. Part of the reason I am writing this review is so that next year when I will likely need to replace my 20 year old unit, I will know who to call :-)
