We visited a couple of weeks ago. We haven't been out to eat much during COVID, maybe 2 other places we are very familiar with. The staff at Abuelo's in Arlington had everything set up very well. We felt very safe, there was plenty of room from other parties, and the staff was taking all safety precautions. The food of course was so good!! I understand a lot of restaurants have had to increase prices due to less volume, but it didn't seem prices increased here. We will definitely be making this our new place to visit during this time!

Food was well prepared and tasted good. Has its own style of food but it tastes great. Appetizer came with fried pork skins. The flan was good, but my homemade flan is the best. A bit pricey but well worth the experience. Nice environment. Service was standard good. Would rate it a 4.5 but do not have that option. I will return.
Excellent experience!! Me and my wife enjoyed everything from the service to the food!! Nice ambience !! Soothing music! Nice servers! They greet you coming in and leaving out! Food and drinks came out in a timely manner! We will definitely be back in the near future and bring other friends and family as well! Thank you!!
While my family and I have been faithful customers for years, I am not pleased with how they handle to-go orders now. I called to place an order and was told that they will only do orders via online. So I ordered online, this is convenient if you do NOT have any substitutions or changes- thankfully we did not. When my husband went to pick up our family order we were informed that chips and salsa does not come with online orders. I have never heard of charging for chips and salsa, we were not asking for extra, just the regular side that usually comes with it. They no longer do that, so 7 extra for chips and salsa - won't be back for awhile.
Great place for dining. The food is very good and the options range from simple to high quality. The children's menu is large and the costs are fair. The margaritas are quite good as well.
