Ordered balloons for my daughters birthday during lockdown 2. I wanted numbered balloons for a 21st and then a bouquet of 6 balloons. Ordering was easy by email and communication between myself and the store was so efficient. Yes, more expensive than card factory where I normally buy from but the service was so personal and the quality of the balloons was 10x better. Collection was timed and very easy. Will now be using this as my regular go to for balloons. Thank you. Highly recommend.

Fantastic service and balloons! I contacted this friendly business via Facebook for a last minute ‘lockdown’ birthday balloons request. They couldn’t have been more friendly. They called me literally within 5 minutes, offered to send pictures via WhatsApp and arranged everything immediately for me. Collection was so organised and I was served with a smile... well, two actually :) It’s amazing how you have adapted your business to current situation and you clearly haven’t lost your customer service focus! Fantastic service and products! I will be back!
Not the biggest purchase by me, but impressive customer care. If I could think of a reason to need more balloon s, I'd be back in a flash. Great service, family atmosphere.
