I was fortunate enough to go into the shop just after christmas. I was interested in the pod go, which they had on display. They set it up for me and let me try it out for over an hour in my own room, after demonstrating the features to me. Top class service and can't wait for it to open again!

Brilliantly helpful, knowledgeable staff. Good range of instruments & music books. The only thing is they need a large, illuminated OPEN sign as from the road it looks like it's closed when its open.
The most helpful staff. Went in to listen to some pro headphones. I spent 20 minutes, listened to 3 (fresh out of the box) pairs, they provided superb high-res audio files to listen, and a top quality dac to drive them. It's well worth the few pounds above the lowest online price - though they are very competitive - to receive this quality of service. I preferred the Sennheiser, and I shall be back to buy.
