Washing machine problem. Phoned Sat pm arrived early Mon am(Sent text to say they were on their way). Our Bosch washing machine is approx 10yrs old, & thought it was something major- it wasn't, just a blocked pump ! Took Terry minutes to diagnose, cleared it, & tested it. Terry & Mark were really pleasant & polite,also very reasonable, highly recommended
