Able Access completed the extension on my mothers house to enable fitting of a downstairs shower room. They were brilliantly professional at all times and very aware of safety in the current climate. I was kept well informed of all works to be taking place and they builders were clean and courteous at all times. They worked really hard to get the job done within a tight time frame and I would recommend this company to anyone needing special adaptations to their home. I have read the negative reviews tat have been left and they don't reflect the kindness patience or professionalism of the company that myself and my mother have dealt with.

My parents recently had a new adapted bathroom fitted by Able Access. The company were first class from first meeting and throughout the process, to after care service too. Communication was excellent. The end result is a very desirable bathroom. Special thanks to the fitters who were very patient and supportive of dealing with elderly customers and always with a smile. Wonderful co-operation. Highly recommended.

AVOID AVOID AVOID this company awful was recommended by Birmingham City Council if your OT recommendeds ask for another company there customer service is one woman and she hasn't a clue what she is doing they have had our job for ages and have not acted well over a year Do not stand for it ask to go elsewhere please take my advise
