All of staff at Abivale are all lovely, friendly & professional, we've been taking our dogs (past & present) to them for years. They are certainly the only vets I trust to care for our girls. Even in the current climate staff have been on hand to help, a few weeks back we phoned on a Sunday morning with aj sick dog within the hour we were handing her over to the vet, we waited in the car park whilst she was assessed. Brilliant service.
The vet Arturo was amazing and explains everything in great detail. Receptionist is quite competent and is a pro. 10/10 would recommend.
Our cat went for his yearly health check while COVID restrictions were in place. The vet came out and collected him from the car park, and returned him afterwards to discuss the result. They were thorough and made suggestions for ongoing care (he is an oldish cat with a heart murmur) and made the experience as stress free as possible. Thank you!
We have used this practice for many years and they have always been amazing. Friendly and understanding team and no pushy sales.
