Rarely have I received such care & professionalism in my time on this big ball, but this place has hit the above! A real lovely bunch of people and although very busy and with staff in PPE all day, they work very hard to try and please! They even have a nice chat and are honest & not pushy with their dealings! Communication is beyond expectation too... Also extremely clean with wiping down every chair one is kindly instructed to sit down on and amazing state of the art equipment! Great old style “ sir name only “ is always more attractive in dealings as well ! Nice one & thank you ..

I would just like to say a massive Thankyou to Specsavers in Abingdon,in particular Alex,, I’ve had a big problem with my eyes since August,the team at Specsavers have all been so polite,proffessional,patient,kind & caring to me whilst my eye issues have had to be sorted out,I’ve had scans,eye tests & amazing eye care from the team,I’ve finally got my new glasses after three attempts to get them right for me & hoping that now I can manage with my new varifocals!! The staff have had to cope with all the new covid guidelines & have done this effortlessly & made me feel so safe whilst ive had my many visits to store!! I would like to say a HUGE Thankyou to Alex for her time,patience & professionalism over the last few months & all the other members of staff whom Ive had the pleasure to deal with!! Keep up the excellent work,it doesn’t go unoticed,Welldone to you all!!!

The staff here were very friendly and complied with the government for social distancing and safety. They had gloves, hand gel and masks at the front door for customers. The optician was very helpful and was patient with my 4 year old son and gave great recommendations. Will come back here again.
