RJCC Events provided the complete Audio Visual solution for our 400 guest Gala Dinner at Heythrop Park on Feb 8th 2020. To say I was impressed would be a huge understatement. Rory took a blank, empty marquee and created a masterpiece. Bespoke star cloth to create a full width backdrop across a gable end; sixteen foot video screen and satellite screens for all the guests; an incredible lighting display, with mirror balls in every available space to create an all-out Glitter Ball feel. Sound that engulfed the space at a comfortable clear level. The crew were engaging, motivated and incredibly professional. Communication was A1 in both the lead up, during and after. All deadlines were met with comfort, and any issues dealt with swiftly and effectively. Ultimately, they turned a concept into a perfectly executed delivery and I can't thank or recommend them enough. RJCC Events beat two established national AV suppliers for this job, and exceeded all expectations. An outstanding service and end product, Rory and team... Thank you, and I applaud you.
