We were looking for a lovely live edge piece of wood to finish off the downstairs bathroom and we found exactly what we wanted right here. The staff are so helpful and friendly knowing all their wood intimately and are happy to cut the pieces to size for you whilst you wait. It was cut to the exact dimensions required and fitted first time beautifully, I highly recommend them.

This is now my favourite shop in Abingdon! We have bought a lot of recycled wood for numerous DIY projects and they cut everything to sizes we need which is really useful. Everyone who works there is super helpful - when we had some incorrect measurements they recut the pieces for free!

After ordering a shed I needed to create a base for it to sit on. The manufacture offered a timber one at the cost of 75 which, for a bit of wood, I thought was a bit of a rip off! Having also handily left the schematic for said base on the website I left for Oxford wood recycling to see if they could help. On arrival the team were friendly and extremely enthusiastic in helping suggest the correct materials for the job. 15 mins later I had left with an order for exactly the same materials, cut to exactly the same size as the manufacture, complete for collection the next day all for 16.50! The shop itself is also pretty cool with everything from construction timber through to pallets and bespoke wooden furniture pieces. The fact that the majority its recycled is also great.
