We use to buy and sell and tonight we were sat reminiscing of auctions we loved when suddenly an awful memory brought bile to my mouth. I dont know if she's still there now, but one time there was a \lady\ who worked there with glasses, she had a weird coloured streak in her hair, it might have been green. I went over to the counter she was guarding firecely like a rottweiller, I smiled and spoke kindly. I was bitten verbally in a shocking split second. Next thing I know Henry came storming over telling me off in a really condescending voice \how dare you upset MY staff\ I was gobsmacked. Thing is we looked up to Henry so we were very distressed, I desperately tried to explain how abrupt she had been and actually to be fair he did seem to accept this but the fact he had just assumed we were in the wrong without asking was very unprofessional. We went back once after that but we saw her whispering to someone and the next thing we knew we were being followed like thieves! Yes be loyal to your staff Henry but tell you truth, we werent the only dealers she upset and that reduced the number of people bidding and paying you some of that greedy 27% percent you charge! An arrogant bunch of people - avoid. We go to JS and Tring now instead.
