Horrible company I have booked a DNA test with them and they mixed up twice beside very irresponsible staff and very rude. The worst company ever I would never suggest this company in my life. It took two month for taking two samples very inefficient staff

Dreadful - I ordered a test online and had a few questions tried emailing but no response, so I called. The person was rude and talked to me as if I was stupid and I felt that she did not have time to deal with my questions. I will never use these again.
