I have always had a positive experience when visiting, even in sad circumstances. All the staff are professional, polite and understanding. Would highly recommend. I very much like the fact you always see the same vet if possible but all the vets I've met are lovely.

We took our dog in because she had sliced her carpal pad in two. They gave us an appointment very quickly. They bandaged and recommended further treatment. The bandaging was poorly placed and by the time we returned home, the bandage had fallen off. We called and got an appointment the day after. They re-bandaged her paw and charged us. We asked for the detail of the charges, recieving no reply until after 3 WEEKS, receiving a notice of the impending charges that were due.
Vet was very friendly and helpful. Very informative and helped me gain confidence with my pet. She was also very gentle as it was our first visit and my fur baby was soo calm. Definitely recommend
Really friendly and kind. Easy to get an appointment and they really look after our little cat.
I love our local vets. They supported us during hard times. They always listened to our concerns and tried their best to help us when the decision came to depend on financial details. Having a pet is an emotional rollercoast sometimes, and I would never come back on our decision of changing practice because Boundary vets came to be our first choice due to their professionalism and evident love of animals.
