This is an absolutely 1st class medical centre. From the friendly staff at reception,through to the GP's & medical staff they are without fault.The kindness & professionalism they have shown to my son-and myself- throughout his prolonged illness could not have be bettered.I thank them all from the bottom of my heart

Having experienced service from this surgery and some in Birmingham I can say hands down this is a good surgery. I find it easy to get an appointment and all the staff I have encountered there have been incredibly friendly and helpful.

Having lived all over the world this is absolutely the worst surgery I have ever been to - although my repeat meds were on their records, I could not get a repeat for thyroxine via a phone consultation despite the fact that it is essential that I take it every day. The doctor I spoke to was intentionally unhelpful - the type that likes to be in charge - he should not be a doctor! My understanding of a doctor is someone who tries their best to help and not make life more difficult just because he can. The other doctors I saw there were not much better - there should be a sign over their entrance saying \Smiles and kindness not to be expected\ I changed to Padarn Surgery - they have some great doctors but getting an appointment is difficult, especially if you ask for a particular doctor. However, at least they are friendly and try to help.
