Clothes aren't organised very well, they need more donations. Shop floor smelt like cigarette smoke, and behind the counter were two volunteers loudly talking and making racial slurs. When a customer asked them to keep their conversation private, especially with such flammable views, the customer was met with a barrage of abuse. It was quite shocking so I left without purchasing anything. Not very salvation army. I was very disappointed. I did write to them informing them of the issues, but no one has responded.
