Other staff are polite but its a shame that the old man short with glasses ruins the experience. Hes rude. Ive noticed that hes rude to staff aswell I ask for a certain item that i dont receive. I have to wait until hes done with the news paper for a drink !!!!! He checks the time and says im to early in store when store is opened... As a person that works in the customer service industry if i Treated my staff and customers like he does i wouldnt be working there no more. He always ruins my mood before working!!!
