Taken money, but still no item!! My friend Ordered me a training kit for my local football team last August (2019). He has still to this day (2nd of August 2020) has not received his purchase. He was also made to paid 30 in full when he ordered the kit. He has had numerous emails and phone calls saying it is ready to collect, but when We go into the shop to collect, they say they’ve lost the order!! They have also not offered us a refund and gave us a cover up excuse as to why we still haven’t had anything! The last time we managed to speak to them was Christmas time! Their Customer service is dreadful! We were highly recommended to purchase our items from here. But after this, We will not be using this company again!!

I got a call to say my order is ready but I have tried four times to collect it. The shop is empty and deserted.

No item received. No communication at all from the company. Did not reply to email or answer the phone. I had to get a refund through PayPal. Ffigar didn't even reply to any of PayPal' s emails . Shambles of a company.
