Poor WiFi, do not invest any of your money into it. It is constantly not working regardless of how many times you phone up to tell them this. They don't answer the phone either so you can't even report your issues most of the time. Terrible quality, slow and constantly disconnects and has no Internet access. Having to write this using my data because low and behold, there's no WiFi.

Dreadful service! CCW Solutions kept my laptop for almost a month without looking at it. If they had told me they were too busy I could have taken it somewhere else. When I phoned to ask about it I was told again and again that they would phone back next day with an update, but nobody ever called back. The lady answering the phone was very polite and apologetic and assured me that THIS time somebody would call, but no. Just as I decided to pick up the laptop and take it somewhere else, the shop closed for two days without warning or displaying a notice to say how long it would be closed for. There was no answerphone message- the phone just rang out. When it finally reopened I phoned to arrange collection; I was polite but the guy in charge did not offer any explanation and could not care less about the inconvenience he'd put me through, or the appalling customer service. I really wish I'd seen the Google reviews before entrusting them with my laptop. I will not be using them again!
