Beautiful place that you wouldn't know was there, found it on Google maps and so glad that I went an amazing mix of wetlands, beach and history the lime kiln works were amazing to explore and wandering on the beach looking at the sea the rocks were amazingly BLUE!!! And the sea was decidedly brown haha can't win em all

A lovely find. The lake with swans is very idyllic. It's quiet and not many people at all. The kiln ruins are a nice backdrop and then the beach, quiet a few dog walkers . A lovely place we will revisit and it's not for the kids which is a bonus
Great area with nice views. Great paths and quiet. Great place to relax and enjoy nature. Great bit of history with lime works ruin.
Nice place to take the family. My kid enjoyed the surroundings and taking the trail path seemed like an adventure to her.
Such a beautiful place that I don't know existed..thw lime works.is seceral centuries old and a really interesting piece of local history
