I’ve never been on a paddle board before and really fancied giving it ago, so I booked a beginners lesson with Abersoch Watersports I was greeted at the beach by James who was extremely friendly, professional and knowledgeable.I was the only one booked onto this slot so it became a 1-2-1 session which was great for me. After James taught me the basics we headed up the river which was a great introduction to paddle boarding ,we then headed out around the coast I had a fantastic time and would highly recommend to anybody who’s looking to take up paddle boarding or just wants to give it a go

Our children had a fantastic day today having a surfing lesson at Hell’s Mouth. The instructors were both first class. The safety briefing was very thorough with a great 10 minute talk before the lesson started with a great warmup routine. We really liked that. The kids were exhausted but buzzing all afternoon. Will definitely book again next time we are in Abersoch.

We were booked in for a 2-hour SUP lesson with James on Saturday afternoon. In our party we had 4 adults and 2 children (8 year-old and 10 year-old). James was great – explained the basics along with safety instructions and helped us all whilst out on the water, especially attentive to the children. Would definitely recommend and a great way to see Abersoch from the water. Thanks guys!
After deciding that I'd like to buy a paddle board, as a beginner I thought it would be worth investing in a lesson to ensure I get the technique correct from the start. So after a bit of googling, I came across the Abersoch Watersports website which I found to be very professional and easy to navigate. I soon found the activities on offer and booked onto an 8 - 10am SUP lesson. On the day I was greeted at the beach by the instructor James, who was extremely friendly, professional and knowledgeable. As it happened, I was the only one booked onto this slot so it became a 1-2-1 session which was great for me. After James taught me the basics my confidence soon grew and off we went around the coast, seeing some amazing sights, wildlife and also ventured into a couple of caves. It was a fantastic experience as well as a lesson, worth every penny, and I would highly recommend :)
