Bought a brand new motor home. Mike was really good and took us through everything in detail. On the first outing we had issues but one phone call and it was fixed with urgency which is always a good sign.
Went to view buying a new caravan with a island bed saw one which I was very enamoured with. Unfortunately the service and attitude of the female salesperson left a lot to be desired and could not bebbothered to further us with more details. Customer service needs to be improved as we have now just bought one from elsewhere. You just missed a 20,000 sale.
Sales person was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Well worth the visit. Really impressed.
