Amazing service in this branch. They kept me informed and updated everyday until my delivery arrived. Big thank you to you all..especially to Andrew who went above and beyond for customer service.

Got the parts I needed. Happy chappy
I went into the Abergavenny branch looking for something quite obscure to solve a plumbing problem. I was given a cheery welcome by all the staff. I was served by Vince, the manager, who took endless trouble, dismissing a number of possibilities along the way until he was sure I had the right thing. The bill came to 1.68. I went home, installed it and the problem is solved. Thank you. Vince. I shall spread the news.
