Staff and manager at WH Smith Abergavenny very helpful and friendly. I couldn't make up my mind which product to buy, and the staff were only tó happy to help. When I required extra information the manager was on hand to offer her assistance. She had extensive knowledge of the items I required and was very friendly and courteous. Customer service as it should be - excellent from all involved. Thank you

Well stocked branch of WHSmith. In fact there is so much stock that the store practically bulges! Could do with being in bigger premises. Aisles are narrow and can be problematic for pushchairs and wheelchair users. Not much room to browse magazines. Wheelchair accessible front and back, with ramp into Cibi Walk at rear of premises.
Small but well stocked with friendly and helpful staff. Wheel chair friendly.
Absulutly descustrd with them they're scavengers for money SCAM they charged 11.50 for a few products with a twenty pound note we get 5pound change they're attitude stinks sort it out
