Just had an old set of sliding patio doors replaced with french doors and they have done a fantastic job. So that is now every window and doors replaced by Heronhurst. When I had a couple minor issues they were sorted out promptly. So cannot fault them and would recommend them.

Superb service. We had new windows and French doors fitted, absolutely top notch. Heronhurst were recommended by a colleague of mine. We had been badly let down by another firm from Bridgend (Dunraven), Heronhurst came up assessed the job and it was all done with a minimum of fuss. The service from start to finish by everyone from the lady who came to do the initial survey to the lads doing the installation was exceptional. We have had the windows in for nearly two years and we have had no issues whatsoever with them. I would definitely recommend Heronhurst over any of the other companies doing this kind of work.

We certainly wouldn't recommend Heronhurt anymore as we recently renewed our windows - These weren't fitted correctly (they're draughty) and (worse) leak water.. Additionally, the new front door was scratched badly when fitted. When we complained about the water leak we were told our warranty was invalid due to the severity of the weather / Certainly casts doubt over their moral integrity!! (Lol they're a bunch of Arther Dailey's who flog PVC windows made by someone else so what should we expect eh?)

I replaced all of our doors, windows, guttering and fascias on an old farmhouse. The experience with Heronshurst was brilliant from start to finish which was 11 years ago. After 9 years a few of the windows were fogging, so I contacted the Company who replaced the windows without any quibbles, no fuss, no bother - Brilliant, well done - Would highly recommend this Company

I bought my windows and doors from them.Initially, I was very pleased with their work but I inspected the windows and the georgian bars were merely stuck on and so badly made, that they would have fallen off in not time. I complained and the windows were replaced, with the bars fitted internally. When the doors were fitted,I noticed that a bit of rotten skirting board, had come away, which I was not told about and a little bit of common courtesy would have gone a long way. I wanted locks that would make sure that I could not lock myself out of the house.Once the doors were fitted I noticed a grub screw which held the external handle had been significantly unscrewed, which could have caused considerable trouble for me,if I had not noticed. I have just noticed, that when a small toilet window was replaced, that the pointing had come away leaving, the lintel exposed. I treated the workers with respect but it appears that this respect was not reciprocated. Heath windows in Cardiff, will supply the windows at nearly half the price and their reviews are excellent.I regret not going their.
