Have been a member for a few years excellent instructors although the conditions they have to work under are not good the equipment eg the mats are absolutely filthy and haven’t been replaced for years there are not enough classes and some are impossible to get on eg fit stretch and tone dose not go on line for booking and the same people are able to attend every week
