Fantastic service. Helpful and professional staff. Store manager offers his help for customer to find the best possible deal. The glasses where delivered to my flat within 5 days. I would strongly recommend that store. Free car park on site.

Booked an appointment, got an email confirming my appointment and to go in for it at the specific time etc, turned up to be told I don't have an appointment and after showing them the email telling me I was to be there at that moment they still argued that I don't have an appointment. I got away from work early specifically for this appointment and they have no other availability for at least a few weeks, left without any explanation or any real apology, useless. Avoid

I have never met such a rude optician in my life. Was in store with my daughter and asked to get her frames adjusted as they were slipping down. She was very rude about a particular brand of frames and I told her so! Thankfully we usually deal with the branch in Inverness and will continue to do so as these people don't deserve custom from anyone!!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! Rude, no time for children and unprofessional! My 4 year old daughter was booked in for an eye test. She had to get pictures of the back of her eyes first but being 4 I think it's normal it would take a few attempts due to reaching the chin rest etc but you could tell the girl was getting frustrated and was told \that will do\. Optician was ok but we were told she would have to come back for a second test with drops. So today, our appointment was at 9 and unfortunately due to an accident on the road the traffic was at a standstill. So when I arrived I explained something had happened hence why I was 10/15mins late and apologised frequently. But then one of the opticians came out all guns blazing, hands in the air, 'she needs drops and takes 20mins so WHATEVER' and then my daughters appointment was cancelled. Professional I know, ha! When I approached the girl to say it wasn't our fault and that the opticians attitude stank... her reply was it's just one of these things. I'm sorry but making my daughter feel uncomfortable and upset is not just 'ONE OF THESE THINGS'.... My daughter asked me if she had upset the ladies in the shop with the way they acted. DISGUSTING. If there is no time for kids then say that, don't book them in and make them feel as uncomfortable as possible! Not on. I took another app, AM I MAD? YES I AM.... The more I think about it the more angry I get. That was binned, We wont be back! We are booked in with a professional, child friendly optician this time. And I'll do my best to tell everyone to avoid also.. I totally understand if the shop was busy or if we would run over into another app that we would have to rebook which is fine but an unprofessional hissy fit infront of me AND my daughter is uncalled for. If you are really that unhappy in your jobs then move on instead of making people feel the way you did! I really do feel sorry for the other few workers that were lovely.

My daughter got scratched in the eye this morning while playing with our puppy, so I took her straight to vision express for them opening at 9am as I was concerned, I never had an appointment booked I just asked if the optician could have a look at her eye incase it was serious. The optician was so rude probably the rudest person i have ever encountered and she definitely should not be working with the public.
