I honestly would not recommend using this company. All very nice until I called them to ask why no one had come to lift my carpets and I’d be expecting money off as I’d lifted them myself. I got the absolute height of abuse from Norman (senior). He got so angry he put the phone down on me!!! The fitters damaged paint work on newly decorated skirtings and walls. Broke my daughters desk and damaged her new bed. Got told by Norma (senior) it was “nothing to do with him, I’d have to phone the carpet fitters” to be honest I wish I hadn’t!! He happens to be Norman (junior) and just as rude as his father. Got a really condescending message on my phone about 10 days later because I hadn’t paid bill!!! I hadn’t received bill!! And last but not least I am really not convinced the carpet on my floors is the carpet I ordered!! As someone else said in their review I want to use a local family run company. Big mistake

Always get 1st class service from Norman, had all my carpets from here never any problems , I wouldn't go anywhere else! Good quality and excellence prices!!!

Don't use these guys!! As a landlord I need a carpet-fitting company that I can trust - these are not the guys. Norman (Junior) - the fitter - never calls back to resolve any problems and Norman in the shop never follows up any issues either. This is so depressing and following such a diabolical fitting with poor joining seams and gaps between the skirting boards and the carpet, they plainly would not resolve the issues despite many, many calls. I have had to replace the carpet at my own cost. Companies like these deserve to go out of business.

This place is an Aladdin's cave of the carpet world. I've never been to a carpet shop with such a huge selection before. I was really spoilt for choice. I have had these guys up to my house on five occasions and the quality is great. Well worth a visit.
