The worst experience,My guinea pig got blind cause of them ; negligent vet, manager who doesn’t care and refuse to cooperate with veterinary coordinator mediation services after they diagnose wrong my pet and ignore my complains although I went back few times and the vet told me she’s recovering when I clearly saw she was getting worse. Would not give you any star , your low service, and low humanity , can’t understand how people like your vet specially Bostjan and a manager like that can a run a practice for pets?? Pets are part of family not source of money for you.. I hope people who do love their pets run away from this practice. Sooner or later your pet and you will be heart broken cause of them and they won’t care.
I switched to this practice after being patronised and irritated at the Vetinary Practice in Bieldside and have had nothing but great and professional service. Can't fault them. Non pretentious, knowlegable staff.
Always a first class service very impressed as had to take cat to vet during lockdown and they made us feel very safe and sorted out our fur baby highly recommend
