Our appointment was on Sat 23rd Jan.I felt I had to post a review as it was such a pleasant experience from start to finish. My Son has special needs and I was able to be with him for support. The Staff, from The Manager at the start, The Optician and the lady who helped us choose glasses were friendly, professional, exceptionally helpful and patient with us. Unfortunately I don’t know their names to mention individually but they were all exceptional. We also felt very safe their as their COVID-19 H & S procedures were also exceptional. Thank you.

Actually had a fantastic experience in Specsavers yesterday. The lad who greeted me was extremely helpful & friendly then I was introduced to Nadia who was lovely. She was patient, reassuring, helpful, friendly. Basically she couldn’t have been nicer. Came out feeling very happy that I’d visited. Excellent service.

Earlier did my lenses at specsavers following a prescription (which turned out to be wrong) from ANOTHER eye centre; however, specsavers re-examined and rectified my lens without a fuss. The trainee optometrist Grace, was an angel and did a fantastic job. Now I can read fine!
