I was interviewed by Blaine last year. He advised me that there was no way I’d get a legal job in Aberdeen and asked me to take up an Admin position he had to fill despite the fact I’d just graduated in LLB Law. He wanted me to apply for a school child’s job position after four years of university and was very patronising and took me saying “I’d like to start my career now so I can have a family in the future” as “I don’t want to work hard” and put words in my mouth. Luckily, only a week later, I was offered a job by a law firm (without the help of Search Consultancy).
Dishonest and pathetic.
They are a company that don't care about there staff all they are worried about is money coming in. And drops u from jobs for doing nothing. Even reading the review I still went and worked for them to later find out this review are right. Don't waste ur time for them u show them loyalty they show u nothing.
Worst agency I've had the misfortune of being associated with !!! The job was horrendous , the pay was atrocious and they were sending eastern European workers onto the site claiming to be tradesman . All they were interested in was getting you onto the job , which they were quick enough to call you on the day to check if you had turned up !!! After that there was no correspondence from a certain Kelly Armstrong regarding getting set up for getting payed from some umbrella company. She wouldn't return my calls , so ended up speaking to a nice girl called Natalie who got in touch with the pay company . Vowed never to work with them again . Why should these people get away with sending cowboy tradesman onto jobs and paying them the same rate as a fully qualified time served tradesman ??? Oh that's right , their not interested as long as they have people in the job and are making money off them . Unbelievable !!!
