Went to Arco for boots. Got all the waffle about having to have a trade card etc. Gave up. Went online to Screwfix from the car park, found what I wanted. Completed the sale and within 5 mins got a text to say they were ready. Ran in. Picked up and sorted in 10 mins flat. Was still getting messed about in that time up at Arco. Converted to Screwfix now.

My single experience was not the best. Staff appeared overwhelmed by the volumes of click and collect (result of Covid). It took staff three attempts to find my single item that I had been told via text was ready for collection. It wasn't an issue for me but I'm sure a little bit of organisation and control would have made the experience a better one.
