the presentation was excellent both on line and during advertisements nationally. the house took an extended time to sell due to a locally depressed market but Savills always remained enthusiastic and committed to sell. The on line feedback was good with market updates and statistics and there was always someone on hand to deal with viewings for which they were always totally flexible if i was on hand to show the house myself. Thank you....

Excellent service in the sale of our property. Realistic valuation. Highly professional throughout. Laura and Fiona were always quick to help with our queries and guided us through from marketing to sale expertly. Managed to achieve a high level of interest in our property despite challenging market. Also had several features in local and national press which was a bonus. Would highly recommend Savills Aberdeen for selling your property.
Savills were superb. Fiona Gormley looked after me from start to finish with a difficult sale in which I lost 3 buyers before eventually selling. Throughout the process she kept me fully informed and advised me throughout on the best steps to take. I genuinely couldn’t have asked for more in an agent and although I don’t intend moving again soon I’d definitely seek her out again if I did. Many thanks Fiona, you helped us immensely!
I could not recommend Savills - and in particular Fiona Gormley - highly enough. I had a protracted sale because of the quirks of my property and it went through in large part because of Fiona's diplomacy, tenacity and pragmatism. Importantly, Fiona was also always a huge pleasure to deal with, which, during times of stress as many sales are, makes a very big difference to one's sanity!
At the first meeting Savills explained very professionally their market research and how they would manage the process of selling my house. Their strategy was spot on for my property and within three weeks and after an open house, I had several offers on my property. Savills always gave me feedback after each client had done a viewing, were always there to guide me through the process and did so in a friendly and helpful manner. I would recommend them highly. Overall a superb result and very definitely I would use Savills again. Martin McGregor.
