Terrible service. Bought a metal stand back in July which arrived faulty and rusty. Despite trying to contact them numerous times there has been no response so having to escalate for assistance via mastercard. I suggest you avoid!

Ordered in plenty of time 5 taffeta table runners, received sashes, 10 calls one on line chat and and email, assured that the right product would be sent out asked for confirmation in an email surprise surprise nothing!!! , Ooh shock horror amazement wrong again, call just a message, text no reply, frustrated disappointed going to be letting down a bride due to there mistake. After waiting over three weeks they have apologies for there mistake and given me a refund . I have order twice since and everything has been ok.

Having just received a call from Sandra, we may have resolved some of the issues discussed below. I appreciate the phone call, and sometimes that is all it takes to resolve an issue. Once I receive the item as just discussed with Sandra I will completely change this review. AVOID THIS COMPANY!!! Worst customer service ever! I ordered a pipe and drape in Dec 2018, I was told the size I wanted was out of stock, and wouldn't be back in stock until March 2019. I agreed to wait because I wanted the size and wasn't in an immediate rush. I sent an email every month asking for an update (On the off chance it may have come in early) No such luck. It got to the last week of March and I was still being told the end of March. The beginning of April came.. I had to call them to chase my order. No curtesy emails received! I did not receive a reply to my email, I called numerous times and no I wasn't getting an answer. I used my colleagues phone and they answered straight away. I was told the middle of April for my order. Getting frustrated I settled for a smaller size, I was told that my order would be dispatched that day (01/04/19) I called back on the second (from a different number) I was told it would be dispatched that afternoon. I hopefully waited that for my order to arrive......It didn't! I called back, withholding my number and I was told that they would chase my order with the warehouse and call me back. They didn't call me back. I called them back twice and they didn't answer.. SHOCK!!!! I have now sent a strong worded email demanding my order asap or my money back. This is the worst customer service I have experienced, and I will be letting everyone in the wedding industry know how shabby this 'service' is.

They dont answer the phone or reply to emails, I spent a full day emailing and phoning them. I messaged them on Facebook (my name is different So they didnt know it was me) and they replied straight away and then when they realised it's me, blocked me! (im due a refund of 700) I've never seen a business with customer service as poor, absolutely scammers. Will have to go through small claim and will be spreading the word thick and fast!
