Recently underwent laser eye surgery with Optical Express and can’t recommend it highly enough. The service from consultation through to aftercare has been excellent. I feel Brandon really went the extra mile in explaining all available treatment and finance options available to me and he and team were incredibly professional and reassuring throughout the whole process. Most importantly the results have been excellent.

I had the same issue as KUba ka, however I was advised to go to optometrist by GP. Prior to this, I had saw the optometrist elsewhere (as I couldn’t get convenient appointment here) for prescription change. Everywhere is backed up due to Covid-19 which is fair enough, but left me with little option other than to try another optometrist since I had problems with visions since before lockdown. So, they refused to serve me because I went elsewhere. I complained about the issue online, but the person did not get back to me. Ergo, the issue wasn’t resolved.

A few days ago I had an eye examination, I was refused an eye examination because a month earlier I was at another optician, they explained to me that they could not have my eyes examined because I had to go back to where I was before.I wasted a month waiting for an appointment. I don't know why I was told where to go, because I think I have the right to choose where I want to have my eyes examined.
