Exceptional customer service. Martin will bend over backwards to keep customers happy and tries his utmost best to meet customer needs. Real customer treatmemt comes to light when you return aftersale with a complain. I did return today and i wasnt disappointed. They were full of apologies and understanding about the product not just the sales staff but the personnel from management as well. They appreciated my feedback and offered me a similar product free of charge. Thank you. Very few places are left with real face to face customer service. Amazon/online shops have destroyed real business keeping and attitude you need to keep customers coming back but NERO is real deal. Real people and real helpful service. We need more businesses like yourselves.
