Booked online to get 4 tyres fitted at 830. Day before I got an email saying my tyres might not be there and to phone the garage. Phoned to find out what the story was and said it 1pm would be better because the tyres will come in the morning delivery. No problem with that. Problem is why allow me to book that time in the first place and then re-arrange it for 1 and then it take 4 hours to get tyres fitted! Bit of a piss take that is. As a former mechanic this use to normally take me half hour tops!! Ruined the rest of the afternoon plans we had. I have used them a lot in the past but definitely not coming back now and would recommend people to avoid them. 4 hours to fit tyres! Still can't get over it.
