I've been to M&R couple of times already with different types of demand from broken laptop to xbox to a charger. Always fast service, very reasonable prices but most important of all, the guys are genuinely nice and sincere to their customers. Personally, I don't think it's worth going anywhere else, best repair shop in Aberdeen!

Emailed M&R about my destroyed Ipad screen and they replied within 30mins saying it wouldn't be a problem at all and to drop it off anytime. Once at the shop they couldn't have been anymore attentative and put me at ease that the issue could be resolved. Got a call to come and collect it earlier than was predicted and couldn't have been happier with the result. Will definitely be using again if any issues. 10/10
Just had my iPhone X repaired there, excellent service, very quick and repaired to a very high standard. Polite and professional guy there.
I’ve been using M&R mobile now for a few years to help keep my ancient iPhone 5 working as it should. From new screens, to batteries and home buttons, they have replaced the lot even when I managed to mangle the actual outer frame of the phone. Recently the battery needed replacing as it had bulged out so much it had managed to pop the entire screen out. I also asked them to price up a new speaker as mine wasn’t working, they could have quite easily ripped me off by fitting a new speaker and I would have paid and been none the wiser however all it needed was simply cleaned out as it had become so clogged. They also cleaned my camera screen from the inside since it had had also become clogged with dust and dirt. Really nice bunch of guys who are always in a good mood and happy to help, even though there are other shops closer to me I always go out of my way to use these guys as I feel the level of service is that little bit better. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.
Read the reviews and went in to get a new battery for my phone. It was done in under half an hour. Excellent service and very helpful. Very good price as well. While you wait there is a great wee coffee place right opposite the phone shop.
