My husband and I purchased a new 2021 Dodge Ram earlier this week. We have been eyeing a particular truck and talked with Tommy Freeman a few times over the phone. My husband and I decided last minute to take a ride to Aberdeen to look at the truck in person. Tommy was on his day off but came in to meet us and made the deal happen. I'm from California, so take the fact that I even have an experience to share with these guys as recommendation enough! They were one of the only places in the country to have the 2021 Jeep Wrangler I was looking for, and when I called them to inquire about it, Tommy Freeman picked up the line. It was a friendly, down-to-earth, and overall incredible experience working with him and the rest of the team to ultimately purchase the car. I ended up flying out to NC to meet Tommy and the guys in person, and drive the car back home myself. At the dealership, they were just as upbeat, straightforward, and kind as on the phone - I couldn't have been it better hands. We recently purchased a new truck from Leith Chrysler in Aberdeen. I was so pleased with the service we received. Tommy Freeman provided us excellent service. He was not imposing or \salesman-like\. It was like doing business with an old friend. We got a great truck at a fair price in a non-pushy atmosphere. I couldn't ask for anything more. I recently Bought a 2014 BMW 328I XDrive from these guys and the salesman John was great during the buying process up until he tells me at the last minute that my rim is bent so I can’t take it home until they replace it. I was patient as possible with these guys without a proper update of a accurate time that the wheel would be replaced at which I don’t fault John because he was out quarantined due to a COVID Scare. I had to continuously contact them to get the information needed. When I finally received the car I noticed the rear back up camera sensor was pushed completely in and the other one was sinking in and a day or two later when the salesman John called me to follow up I told him about it and he told me he already knew. So now I have to address an issue out of pocket that the car already had when it was at the dealership.

1/19/21 - I had some warranty work completed on my 2020 Pacifica Hybrid. I was very please with the experience from diagnosing the problem to ordering the parts and having them installed. Service Advisor Tiffany is a rock star. She is very helpful and communicates flawlessly during the process. I am happy to say that my warranty issue with the Pacifica was resolved 100% The sales experience was very pleasant. It was a pleasure dealing with everybody at Leith from the initial contact to Eric and your finance team. I would highly recommend this dealership for anybody searching for a new car.
