When this location is open ie pandemic restrictions aside, it's so good. Well laid out, friendly and helpful staff with a quaint wee cafe. But having been twice to collect during lockdown rules, they seem to be slow on the uptake and didn't seem to care that I felt uncomfortable coming to the door for my items when there were at least 10 others in a small entrance way. Having said that, they may well have had feedback on this because I think they implemented a delivery to car service before the latest tighter restrictions. This may all be down to simply reviewing procedures all the time due to COVID, but I can only discuss my own experiences here. Generally nae bad, let's hope they can get back to normal to avoid all this soon.

I ordered 700 of furniture which took about 5 weeks to come. Went to collect it from Aberdeen collection point. There was a large amount of heavy boxes, some too heavy for 1 person but don't expect any help with loading your purchases, ikea staff just dump it at the door saying \I'm not allowed to go into the car park\!

This is a weird concept for an IKEA. Whilst it's good to be able to see some items before purchasing, such a big space of nothingness. That space could be filled with so much more IKEA goodness that ready to go in my opinion. Also, delivery times are mental! 3 1/2 week delivery time for a mattress to the store. Mental.

Great idea, can order online and collect. Saves getting lost like you do in the big stores. Has nice wee cafe serving coffee, cakes, sandwiches also sells a small selection of the sweets, chocolate, biscuits and popular items. Cafe friendly and clean.
