Dropped a car for MOT and had a nice cup of coffee in their waiting area.

Not great. Booked appointment online for two tyres for 6 days time, on arrival can’t wait inside due covid (fair enough), so after 30 minutes walking around in the cold was told that they didn’t in fact have them. On the rebooked appointment, best part of 2 hours in the cold, couldn’t get one of the wheels off, apparently locking wheel nut on too tight. Took unfitted tyre away with me, local garage got the nut off in 2 minutes.
Friendly staff. Good Covid precautions. 4 tyres fitted in around an hour. Simple and efficient.
i had my wheel aligment adjusted this is a good service at a reasonable cost very polite they would have got five stars apart from the fact there was no waiting area although the reception is large enough to seat 3-4 people safely with social distancing i had to hang about outside in cold weather if when i had booked my car in and they had informed me that there was no waiting area inside i'd have made arrangements to allow for this
Great customer service. Car had a fault we needed fixed pronto. Took it here and they were able to get us booked in the same day. Allowed us to take the dogs in with us to wait. All the staff we spoke to were super friendly and helpful! Can even sit and watch tv while having tea, coffee or hot chocolate!
