Second bike purchased in the last 4 months. Staff were very helpful, i ordered online, on collection the bike was too small for my son, I was able change for a larger size and had to come back the same day as it had to be built. I thought this was amazing as I thought it would have to be ordered and we’d have to wait even longer without his bike, amazing to get it in the same day. Also highly recommend the bike build. Both bikes have been built to high standard and think it’s great that Halfords offer this as I’m not very savvy at things like that. Would definitely Recommend and also wouldn’t go anywhere else for a bike.

Yes, i just wanted to say a big thank you to the staff at Halfords shop in Kittybrewster, ABERDEEN. I HAD EXCELENT SERVICE from a very friendly caring young man. After my car needing a jump start twice in the space of a week, plus it was towed away for repair in November....... , IT WAS GREAT IN THESE SNOWY, AND ICY DAYS TO BE ABLE TO PULL IN AND BUY A NEW BATTERY, AND GET IT FITTED ON THE SPOT..... IT BRINGS ME JOY TO GET SUCH WONDERFUL SERVICE.
They are always really helpful team, as the last time was no different to any other visit. However I would give 10 stars to Chris Cooper, the best sales advisor who served me out really quick!!
This is a well run store with very pleasant knowledgeable helpful staff. You are made very welcome and nothing appears to be any bother to them. They offer to help you with purchases from the store and also if you have to return anything to be serviced or repaired. Highly recommended.
Gualberto was our assistant. His expertise and friendly manner was exceptional. It made are visit to the store very enjoyable.
