Horrible social housing company don't care about resident noise at 3 am is classed acceptable noise strongly advise against anyone renting from these cowboys. the housing officer Claire Reith breached data protection and they refused to do anything about clerk of works advised me to commit insurance fraud after Grampians contractor damaged a brand new carpet all in all I would avoid at all costs

GHA are now refusing to buy back shares of properties of their developments, indicating the downturn in the housing market as the reason. Previous properties that they have bought back have been sold way under value to the extent that the people who want to move can’t as not only will they lose money, they will be PAYING to move. Grampian are telling people to sell both the tenants and GHA share on the open market, yet refuse to pay whatever percentage of costs to cover their share, indicating that it’s our choice to sell. When I pushed further as to why this was the case Allison Neilson (senior sales) actually threw the ‘well in the contract it does state that we reserve the right to change the t&cs as we see reasonable’ at us. She nor GHA care about the tenants, we’re just a means to a financial end and i for one am really looking forward to holding you to account in November! I would urge anyone who is contemplating entering a shared ownership agreement with grampian to seriously reconsider. They will Only screw you over and trap you in whatever property you choose to purchase.
