I asked for my scarf to be baby overlocked, I was very specific and asked if they definitely had it and I was assured. The next day it was just normal overlocked and i said it wasnt what i asked for. They cut it off and tried to fix it, geting alot cut off in the process. - when they finished i asked would i be geting a refund as it wasn't what i asked for and my scarf was compromised. The son got very defensive and didnt understand my annoyance and even trying to take the scarf off me to prove a point. Very bad customer service and very confrontational.

I've had a suit jacket shortened and styled, trousers tapered, a jacket fixed and all sorts. No issues at all

Amazing alterations and I would disagree completely with the negative review. I even using this place for a while now and everything has also been of the highest standard - and they're very quick too!! Always friendly and it's normally jeans I have altered and you'd never know they'd been touched.
