i did take an watch for replace the glass and since the watch got water in i did take the watch back and forward never been repaired since i had my watch with them longer than i had the watch on my hand all the time i was told they sent the watch back to the company who changed the glass anoter few months no watch finally got the watch back and washed my hands and water went in the watch again dont use their services cos you will bee very disappointed 6 times i did take the watch and all i had was sorry i had to buy new one as the other one no use of it after been with doctor fix union Square
Always excellent, friendly and efficient service by Tony; nothing is too much of a bother for him. My go to place for watch and battery repairs - he is even looking at a damaged watch face for me as a project. Thoroughly recommend.
Have been going to Dr Fix now for the last couple of years now. All I can say the gentleman Paul who works there is very professional and offers fantastic customer service at a very good price. I wouldnt put my watches anywhere else. Keep up the good work Paul.
The guys at Drfix were amazing I broke my iPhone 11 front screen and I was recommended to go there and iam so glad I did the service was very professional and the manager Tony was so helpful they had my phone repaired within 1hr and after the new screen was fitted it looked like new and the price was excellent. If you have a broken phone don’t take it anywhere else but DRFIX a great service I highly recommend
