I called to get someone to help me with a problem with my gas oven. I was asked what brand it was and was told that they couldn't help When I asked nicely what the reason for the refusal was, the person at the end of the phone repeated themself. I then pointed out that I needed assistance and if they couldn't help then could they at least tell me why in order that I understand what the issue is. That way I could adjust my strategy accordingly. Blank. The person repeated themself a third time. I think not very interested
