Fab service! Came in on Tuesday, was told can get my carpet fitted next week only. Asked for Thursday (2 days to wait), and got it on Thursday first thing in the morning! The director is very nice, didn't hunt for money but for providing with good services. Will definitely order for my other room from Carpetworld. Highly recommend!

Salesman was helpful at carpets selection stage. However, when they needed to confirm the date of when our ordered carpets would be fitted it was a disaster. We called them over 5 times, went to the place - nothing. We had to cancel the order and went to Dee Carpets. No hassle had with them.
