After one extraction I have been in agony for almost 3 weeks. After leaving messages and phoning asking for help,and even being told it was my fault for being a smoker, (I stopped smoking over a year ago I am still in agony! Dr Abdul is a good dentist however the other dentist Dr Muir is more a butcher than a dentist. I was hoping Dr Abdul was going to look into things for me but after phoning multiple times, I have had no call back, I had hoped I wouldn't have to leave this review, but after being in so much pain and and left with an infection that didn't clear up properly after a 5 day course of antibiotics, and no after care, i have no choice. If you intend to use this surgery I would strongly recommend that Dr Abdul is the dentist you get and not his partner (Dr Muir) because my experience with him has been a nightmare. I can see this affecting Dr Abdul's reputation, if not dealt with

Dr. Abdul is an excellent dentist. He is very professional and every visit so far has been pain-free. The staff are also extremely friendly, and the atmosphere is very pleasant and relaxed. I highly recommend! :)

Great practice. I've been on 3 occasions to Ryan and he has been extremely quick and professional despite my nerves about the work. The staff in the practice are very friendly.

very nice staff and welcoming but lack in the professional element. I had several fillings with Dr Muir which cost a lot of money, two of which ended up falling and breaking two teeth. I got no apology or explanation. the next treatment option was a bridge. Every time I visited I've had to wait at least 30 minutes over my appointment time and never got an apology about the wait. One appointment I missed and said I would be there in 15 minutes I was told I had to reschedule. I then waited until December and after 2 hours of waiting I go in to be told oh you're travelling? that means we can't do the treatment today because id need another appointment to make sure everything is ok. why is everything told to me in instalments? why can I not get this advice and warnings before I plan anything???? I come back after three months (3 weeks before I booked my appointment I asked to switch my dentist from Dr muir to Dr Abdul because I wasn't confident anymore especially after the lack of communication that I received from him as well as the fillings failing). Then Rhea (the manager) tells me over email I can't change dentists until I've completed my treatment with him. I give up because my gums started to become very sensitive and paid and scheduled. I go into my appointment today and Dr muir tells me he's uncomfortable doing the procedure if I do not want him. Great! then why was I not told this before? I cancelled several appointments today to attend and then I get told no. Rhea apologises several times but obviously my time is not valuable to them (fair enough, why should it?) and I get given a refund. absolute waste of time and lack of communication. I'm very disappointed because they are lovely people but there's no point having lovely people who can't do a simple job.
