Audi A8 supposedly given ‘The Works’ last Tuesday afternoon. The results were really disappointing. Quality of ‘clean’ was such that I doubt some parts of the car were even looked at. Tilting back driver’s seat showed the usual grime in the fold between seat and back. Carpets, although clean, have left an unpleasant odour in the car. Bodywork results were shameful. The Supervisor offered me some money back due to extremely poor quality of external finish, blaming ‘old car.’ Refused his offer - I didn’t want reduced price, I wanted high quality work..That’s why I requested ‘The Works’! Suggest you go elsewhere. 139 is no small amount of money and this Company doesn’t provide the service they say they will. I have a couple of photos but not sure how to attach...
